About us
Solid Works is an architecture and design studio founded by Seyi Alabi, based in Hertfordshire. The practice has designed and built, domestic extensions, private houses, housing developments and public realm installations.
Meet The Team
Seyi completed his studies at the London Soutbank University and Westminster University. He founded SA Solid Works Design Studio 2022.
He is hands on with all pojects supporting the team at all stages of the RIBA Work Stages.
Having worked for a number of architecture practices across the South East of England, his experience is mainly specialised in the residential sector.
Himself being a bursary recipient of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, Seyi was closely involved with the Trust.
Seyi is a founding member of Let’s Build. The group was set up to raise the profiles underrepresented groups in UK construction and celebrate diversity in architecture.
Seyi has recently taking up a keen interest in photography.

We aim to create pleasant environments that satisfy needs of individuals occupying the spaces. We take a strong ethical stance on the environment and we're we can ensure are materials and practices are sourced and delivered sustainably.
Sustainably Statement
Our approach is client focussed, ensuring that we gain a full understanding of our client’s needs and aspirations, alongside budget and timescale. Wherever possible, environmental factors are taken into full consideration as sustainable practices are central to our values.
It is the intention of the practice to evolve with an ever changing landscape, we achieve this by being dynamic and able to respond to a changing statuary requirements.
We also hope to create partnerships with likeminded businesses that share values and embrace change.
